Payment declinded I reached my spending limit!!! What the heck is this?

I don't get it ! Link my checking or get Ebay mastercard what a crock!!!! I have no limit on my card why would I want another and I don't want to ink my bank accounts to a pay pal account!

I totally agree!!!!!!!That in the **** is going on ??????????? I have had this account for years!!!!!!! This is real grate costumer service. I do not with to link my bank account nor do I need , nor want another credit card. This is  a bunch of ****.  How or why can they get off pulling kind of thing. Loyal costumers must not mean as much as they say , since it appears this is happening to more then a few !!!!!!! I really would like to know what the heck is going on. I have an  a purchase I need to pay for , for a whole total of like  $14.50 , and do not intend to link  my bank acc. nor apply for another card. Not sure what I am going to do yet. Possibly email the seller????????????????????

reacched paypal limit for  credit card and do not want to link bank account or get another credit card. What do i do now so i can contuine to use my credit card to purchase items.

I had the problem on the 13th using a link to pay for software from ecamm, then the 14th I received an email saying I had gone over my $10,000 limit. Ha! Like I have that kind of a limit. The email wanted me to add a bank account so I could be "Verified". Now the email address is an old secondary email on my account, not the primary one so that sent up red flags. 

I contacted ecamm since I had also left that email on their sight to pay by visa. Seemed logical: some one hacks a site, a false link can be inserted into a web page to send you to a bogus sight, it rejects you, they you go back and enter your email and pay with a credit card, then it has your email address. Well maybe not, but it seemed fishy, or should I say phishy. 

Ecamm contacted me and through several emails assured me their end was tight.

I also contacted paypal and reported the email as fraud. Will see what happens. I do not know if mine is working yet. Don't have any reason to try it out now.

Why is there a sending limit?  I do not have an outstanding bill.  I would like to continue the way the account has been.

Use my debit card for transactions.  It has been working for years.

Wow! I thought I was the only one they were doing this to! I have items also that need to be paid for and now I can't. I've worked hard to keep a 100% feedback and now it might go down the drain! What's worse is paypal does'nt care!!! What are we going to do about it? Any Ideas????/

Use the contact form on the paypal page and let them know there is a problem.

Hello Jimmol, Really appreciate your reply. I have used the contact page several times and still nothing! They just won't listen! According to them they are always right and we don't know what we're talking about. I'm listening if you or another person thats under thier thumb has a idea!  Wyatt~~sleepless-nights

Exact same problem for me. You think they's tell you before they let you win an item!!!! After chats and phone calls with ebay and paypal, only options were to give bank account or sign up for their credit card. Not willing to do either. I contacted seller who was very understanding. Mailed her a check off the grid in order to keep my 100% rating. Won't use ebay until my limit is restored. Will it be restored? They talk about this 30 day reset on the anniversary of your signup, but???Anyone know?
