Paypals weird and disrespectful way to limit someone out of his money.

First this is from another account, because since my main account is limited I can not post on here with the real(MAIN) account. My real main account is (I will tell only admins through different means) or admins can check my IP and then find my main one with this the email resembling this name.

Look I don't want no automated email, I already got one from the real reason I was messaging you guys, honestly if I did want to get no answer from you guys, I would call your customer service(which I did) and not get an answer more like a sorry.

Let me get on to my point.

I got limited for a reason, and I submitted my information, phone, password, and MY VISA!

And that didn't get me unlimited in fact it moved my limitation into a permanent one.

So I tried everything I called customer service and he said "We limited your account because paypal doesn't like the way you use it" I believe that I haven't scammed anyone I haven't done anything bad, the way I use my paypal is get paid by a company and put it on my bank account, which not you guys COMPLETELY denied to me, so there is no way the company can pay me and I lose money, the real thing is I believe you guys limited me because you had to refund me 0.10$ for the fee I paid, which is complete disrespect because till that day everything was working perfectly fine.

So this, paypal made me add a visa card to my account just so I will never be able to use it on paypal again, not only that but you guys (MADE) me do it with the expectation of having my account freed, clearly that was a lie on your part. So I want both my bank and my visa card REMOVED from paypal database, and I want my USD $167.98 USD
CAD $0.21 CAD
PAID TO my bank account or transferred to a different paypal account. If not so maybe free up my account so I can use it again, otherwise I will be seeking legal aid.
