Unable to verify credit card!

I've tried multiple times to add my credit card. I've triple checked the billing address, card number, expiration date, and the numbers on the back. I'm not sure why it is not being added. I get prompted to add a different card, but I want to use this one. Help?

Same issue!!  Contacted our financial institution & they say PayPal submitted for 10 verifications & they verified/approved it each time.  The financial institution was concerned about them submitting payment multiple times soooo beware.

it says the same thing to me, i am using a pre paid visa credit card and it denies it and tells me to use a different card. but i dont have a different card i have a pre paid card. I have used a pre paid card before on the same site but this time it says the information it wants can not be validated.
