As a Paypal Customer Myself, I have had some minor problems in the future,. But, Not 1 Person from Paypal has ever NOT RESOLVED MY ISSUES. Yet, Sometimes Sweetie, it can take 3 to 5 Day's or a day or two more, or less, give or take giving the situation on the issue or your Bank or Card that you Carries Bank. Now, I am under the understanding that you purchased a WalMart Visa Card that you Loaded? I am Correct Right? If So, I do not think you can get verified using a card they call a PrePaid. But, You Do Need a Bank Acct. to get verified and it does and can take up to several Day's for your Bank to reply back to Paypal. Everyone, well not everyone, But, Alot of People ALWAY'S think that Paypal is at Fault. But, it is Paypal doing their part and waiting just like you for you Bank that your card holds, replys back to them, meaning Paypal. I Love & Would & Do Reccomend Paypal to as many people as I can. I would have to let you know that I do not know but, if it is because you do not feel comfortable giving your paypal info your bank acct. & routing number's, That you can PLEASE Put Yourself at ease. There are several Cards if you do not have a Bank acct. that Paypal does accept. One is the EUFORA CARD AT EUFORA.COM; Another is A GREEN DOT CARD. I have Both and they are Great. But, Go More for the Green Dot, Due to the Deals I get back from Green Dot AT GreenDot.com. And, you can get your choose with the Logo on your card, of the Visa or the Mastercard Green Dot Card at GreenDot.com. You recieve your card in the mail within 7 to 10 Business Day's, But, they give you a Temporary Credit Card number and Expiration Date Right after your Application, Bad or Great Credit is OK. ALL are Accepted. You can use your Green Dot Credit Card until you recieve your permanant one. But, I ask one thing, If you can Please Sign up and Tell them I referred you and we Both will Get Money Added onto our Cards As a Welcome and Thank You Gift.
