I sent some photos to PayPal via service@paypal to add to my claim but they have not been attached. I can't see any other way to add photos. Can someone assist please?

Hello hollydebs19! Thank you for your post and welcome to the PayPal UK Community! I am sorry to hear that this has happened. if you have opened a claim, I recommend waiting until the relevant team asks you for additional proof or documentation. If you have not been asked for this yet, you will not have to upload the documents. If the relevant team requires you to upload photos, you should receive an email to explain the process to follow. Please note that we do not accept attached photos via email due to security reasons. Hope this helps. - Carlos
