I am trying to do my first year end accounts for my business and I have many of these "Bank Deposit to PP Account" - now I know that this is when I opt to pay by PP and it does not have sufficient balance so it draws the monies out of my current account. However, how do I figure out what the payment was for? It does not indicate Amazon or anything like that. How can I track down the transaction so I know what I bought?

If you go through the amounts and match them off to the transactions on your PayPal account you will be able to see in the details of the transaction what the item was or what the payment was for. It can take some time to do but this would be the best way to do it.
