Hi,
I have been trying to add a new bank account to my paypal account in order to withdraw money from my sales on ebay and it will not let me. It keeps giving me the following error:
"We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time."
This is very frustrating!!!!
Does anyone know why this is happening and when it will be fixed. I tried phoning but they just took me through the steps I had already done (at a cost to me on the phone for ages) and then put me on hold listening to music for 15 minutes before I hung up.
Awful customer service from paypal!!!
