Change of primary billing address

Hi,

How do I get my primary billing address changed as I have moved house? I have been into wallet and updated the address that is attached to my debit card. I have gone into my profile and added my new address, however it will not let me delete my old address, as it says you cannot delete your primary billing address. I have tried to contact PayPal by telephone on 4 occasions, however it constantly says they are experiencing high call volumes and I never get through to anyone. I have also tried the message centre, however this is not working and says it can't display new messages. How do I resolve this?

Hi Nancy2512,

Thanks for posting in the forum and apologies for the late reply. Have you tried to edit the address from the wallet?  If you select the card and then edit, you should be able to make the necessary changes.

That doesn't work, Jessica. Paypal sucks lately and for the last couple of years. If HR would hire competant people, instead of a racist 'diversity quota', it would work.
