Credit Card Disabled

So i'v been using PayPal for 3 year and the Visa card got expired few days i go. I got new card so i wanted to update it on PayPal, but numbers on may old and new Visa card arent same, so what i did i Removed old one Card and Added new card. While adding new card it asked me for CODE so i used old one code which i used 3 years ago for old expired Visa card. i typed it but it wasnt correct, i typed it 3 time then my new card dissapered from PayPal. I tried to add it but the Message says "This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card"
(i got my code in transaction at my bank)
I wrote 2 message to PayPal but no answer.
Can someone please help me with this to unblock the card?

When you "add" a new card then you have to wait for the new code to verifiy that new card.

 

If you typed in the wrong one 3 times then it would disable that card.

 

All you can do is contact customer services and see if they can re-set the card for you.

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

My english is not  that good to talk over phone but i contacted them and i sent 2 emails and i also send 1 message on Facebook and 5-7 tweets on twitter and still no answer from them.
I can say very bad customer services...
