Hi Boggit and g917,

Thanks for posing on the UK Community Forum!

Sorry to hear you were both having problems updating you card details. Has this been resolved for you? If you are getting a “Page Not Found” error, can you please repost and let us know what browser you are using? If your card is due to expire and the new card has a different 16 digit long number, I’d recommend adding the card as a new card as opposed to trying to edit the old card. Here’s how to add a card to your account:

  • Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
  • Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
  • Click ‘My money’.
  • Click ‘Update’ beside ‘Debit and credit cards’.
  • Click ‘Add a Card’.
  • Select the ‘Card Type’ and enter the required information.
  • Click ‘Add Card’.

Hope this helps,
Maria
