How to change Bank account Location and update info

I opened my Paypal account while a student in the UK in 2008. I have since relocated back to my country Nigeria in 2009 after my studies. I last used the pay account for transaction from Nigeria with my UK bank account.

Now I want to add my master card from a Nigeria Bank to fund my paypal, but I cannot change my bank.

Can anyone help me out on how to go about it?

You cannot add anything but UK accounts or cards to a UK paypal account.

I don't think paypal is available in your country.

Hi there,

You must use an account for the country that you live in.  PayPal also announced this week that they will now offer Nigerian accounts at the following link:

https://www.paypal.com/ng/webapps/mpp/home
