Problems Adding Lloyds Bank Account to Paypal

I have been trying to link my Lloyds business bank account to my Paypal busines account .
Every time I enter my sort code and account number, I get an error that says "The PayPal server is currently experiencing some difficulties. Please try again later or contact Customer Service.".
I have tried reaching out to Paypal via email and haven't gotten a response. I also tried to reach out by phone and the agent that helped me manually added the account information to my Paypal account, however, after that, I got a response from Paypal that stated that they could not send the 2 deposits to the account.
Does anyone have similar issues? This seems like such a nightmare to use their service. I'm from the US and we're opening a business in the UK and things are such a hassle in the UK when it comes to banking. Any help would be much appreciated...

Is your paypal business account a UK or a US paypal account??

Ok so your UK paypal account has your UK business address yes?
If so does that business name match your name on your bank account?
