I want to remove a old bank account from my PAYPAL account.
the only way i can do this is to contact CS
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".
In the UK its free from any landline phone.
Why is it necessary to use equifax to check my ID. I've already logged on and had a one time digital code and phoned up.
I appreciate this isn't recored as a credit search but it does show as an ID check.
I would like to removed the old bank account on line without going through customer service how do i do that?
