Removing a lost or stolen card

hi my purse was lost or stolen last week with my back up debit card init. Obviously this card has now been cancelled and I have a new one. Foe some reason you will not let me reomove this card from my account, I have added my new card but when I try to remove my old card it says I cant do it while a transaction is still pending but I have no transactions still pending on my account. How can I remove this card?

Hi there Joandalbo,

 

The message that you are receiving when you are trying to remove your card is a known technical issue that our technical department are aware of. We are investigating this currently and we are trying to have this resolved as soon as possible.

 

My best advice for you would be to try contacting customer services directly and we can investigate this for you. When you contact customer services, just let us know which card it is that you can't remove and we can have the card removed from your account on your behalf.

 

You would need to click the Contact Us icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, you can then click the Call Us icon in order to contact our customer services team directly.
