I'm so **bleep** frustrated. Please can someone help me. I have received an email in response to my query saying that I should go to my "Profile" then click on "My Money" and then go to "My Pre-Approved Payments" Section. Well first of all I have a summary but nothing that says 'Profile". Secondly, there is nothing that says "My Money" and, therefore, no way of finding "My Pre-Approved Payments". I'm on the verge of throwing my laptop out of the window.
I'd be very grateful for some guidance as Paypal are uncontactable.

got to profile (which is the cog icon) next to log out > LOWER part of the thick blue band at the top is PAYMENTS > 2nd down left hand side is pre approved payments.
