i have not received the two payments in which i need to confirm my account

i want to confirm my bank account however the payments do not come through into my account for me to do so, please help, it has been well over a week now and still no payments.

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

It does sound like there is something wrong there. The deposits should take no more than 2 - 3 working days to arrive. What it may be is that your bank did not accept our direct debit agreement and that can cause an issue. It is easy to resolve though. All you need to do is remove the bank and add it again to restart the process. This is how:

  1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
  2. Click Wallet near the top of the page.
  3. Click Remove bank account.

You can add the bank on again in the same section and it should send out the confirmation amounts. Pay attention to each step of the process to ensure that everything is working smoothly.
