i did not use account long time. i forgot my security answers and i do not use old mobile number kindly give me solution

if not than deleted my account i want to make new account fron this g mail id

Welcome to the community forum.

Don't worry, as long as you know the details of your PayPal account we will be able to help you to get back in.  All you need to do is give us a call on our toll free number. You will find our phone number by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal page. Choose to contact us by phone and then 'Continue as a Guest' . On the phone we will manually check some security information with you to get you back into your PayPal account.
