Can't add my MasterCard!

Sorry if I'm asking this in the wrong place but here we go. I am from Sweden by the way but I couldn't find a Swedish help forum for Paypal.

 

My account has been limited since September 2014 because I haven't added a card. Now I'm finally ready to add my MasterCard but when I try to I just get the message "Your account is limited. Please check your Account Overview page for messages about resolving this problem."

 

Now the only "Required Response" left I have to remove this limitation is "Confirm your credit card". That's exactly what I'm trying to do!!! Help?

If the limitation has been on your account for a while it may be why you haven't been able to add a card.
