So I am having an issue when trying to withdraw money from my paypal account.
When I press "continue" in "Withdraw Funds", it says that I will get a call from paypal to confirm withdrawing, but after that message appears saying "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you".
I didn't get any call and I haven't changed my phone number.
