Cannot withdraw money to local bank: "security reasons"

Dear All,

When i withdraw the money, i received this messages:

"For security reasons, we need a bit more time to review this transaction. This can take up to 24 hours, but we’ll email you as soon as we have an update.""

And then i received back the money after 5 days.
Does anyone can help please ?

Where I can ask paypal for this problem ?

Withdrawals can take anything from 2 – 72 hrs to complete on PayPal. Generally they'll complete within 2 hours however PayPal will occasionally hold a withdrawal for further review. To provide one of the safest online payment services the internal security system reviews every transaction before it's released.

This type of review can happen for various reasons. For example, you may have received a higher-than-usual amount of money into your account, you may be logging in from an unsecure network or you may have made changes to your account Settings recently.

In most cases, the review is automated and will complete by the time period stated. On occasion, where required, the review could be performed by an Account Specialist to ensure safe use of the PayPal service.

Once the review has finished your withdrawal will show as ‘completed’ and will be processed to your bank account if the review didn't turn up any issues.

If your account is new, it could take between 5-7 withdrawals (estimation) to receive withdrawn funds instantly. After you have established a positive history with PayPal, these holds may start to ease. Withdrawal holds are a permanent security feature and may still be triggered regardless of history.

After 2 days the transactions is completed and shown in "Completed" on Paypal.

But I did not receive any money in my local bank account.

After next 5 days (total 7 days) i received an money backed to my paypal account.

Need to mention that I did not change anything in "Settings", I have withraw the money many many times, there is no change from my bank account (I have confirmed with the bank).

So I still don't unstand why my money is refunded back to my paypal account from "Bank account"

Where should i contact to solve this issue ?

I have the same problem as you, Le. Now I don't dare to try again because they still charged the fee. If you know how to resolve the problem, please share.
