Changed account when payment was confirmed but old account was unconfirmed

I made a payment withdrawal to an unconfirmed bank account, but realised that it was my old account.  The payment completed before I reaslised, so I added my new account but the payment is showing complete with the old bank account but states it is confirmed.  How do I get the funds to go into the right account when the status shows as complete?

Hi there macca_paul_87,

 

If you complete a withdrawal to an incorrect bank account it cannot be cancelled however if your bank rejects the transfer they will reverse the funds back to your PayPal account. It may take 2-3 working days for the funds to reach your bank so if the transaction is reversed back to us we will be made aware of this after this timeframe.

 

When this happens we will let you know by email and you will see the funds being reversed in your transaction history. If however the funds have not been reversed I would advise you to contact your bank and ask them to run a trace on this amount.
