Completed Withdrawal not showing in Bank Account After 9 Days !

I am looking for help here as I am coming up to the August bank holiday with no money in my bank account 😞

I made a withdrawal from my PayPal account on Tuesday 13th August - 9 days ago.

The transaction COMPLETED immediately.  So there was no "pending" withdrawal or holding for review.

Ordinarily the money would hit my bank account almost instantly i.e. well within the 2 hours quoted.

But nine days later - NOTHING !

So the money has gone from my PayPal account and is not in my bank account.

WHAT DO I DO !!!!

I have contacted my bank who can find no sign of the funds and have instructed me to get PayPal to do a "forward trace" to prove that they have sent it.

PayPal, meanwhile, have told me the money has been sent and they won't do a forward trace until 14 days have elapsed.

Why not?

What am I missing here?

What on earth can I do to get my money?

What have people done in the past who have had this problem?

I am on this community board to try and get some help as I am tearing my hair out.   Please can somebody help me - fellow users or moderators.

Its been already a week since the last time my friend withdraw the money that i sent to her and until now it is still not showing up in her bak account! PATPAL STATUS COMPLETED. BANK STATUS "NO TRANSACTION APPEAR". I badly needed the money tomorrow! Im stuck of where i am right now for 3days!!!! 4th day tomorrow. I expected the money last friday and its already tuesday everning. Im stuck, got no money, no food coz paypal transferred funds to my friend didnt received in her bank account. this is sooooooooooo incovenience. Paypal if it is 3-5working days pls compromise what has been said in the protocol coz in case of emergency your customer will get sick of your style. I need the money tomorrow by hook or by crook. Dont tell me "sorry you need to wait like this like that" this isnt my fault. You have to be sensitive coz you dont know what your customer been through thats why u need to do what has been said on the days of processing. Now what should i do???? I need to go home but i dont have money coz its still not received yet on my friends acct. You need to do something on this!!!!!!!

I'm in this situation. It's very stressful and frustrating because it's holiday season, I badly need the money. I withdraw the money on the 16th, 17th, and 18th.  I'm a freelancer so the funds came from different sources. But none of those funds has arrived in my account. Today is Dec 22. Tomorrow would be the one week since I did my transfer! Stil no money. 

I've been using Paypal since 2010, normally I will receive the fund in my account by the next day or 2 days max. The customer service reply was prompt but she said I should have received it by 29th! WOW! I need it for the Holidays! so frustrating!

I am facing this issue.

currently, it is 11 biz days passed and I still dont see my money :).
I did 2 transactions
first transaction => 01/02/2017

second transaction => 01/04/2017

I got the money of 2nd transaction but nothing till now for my 1st transaction. it is 11 business days now. 
I am waiting for 14 biz days.

It just seems a bit ridculous that PayPal can deposit and withdraw money from my account for the verification step with no problems, almost instantaneously, but for some reason we have to wait days for our money to transfer back into our bank accounts. What the **bleep** are they doing with the money for that time? I highly doubt it is lost in the ether and then magically reappears.

So I'm kinda new in PayPal and have just recently set up an account. I have linked a Philippine Debit Card and made a money transfer last March 8.

PayPal hit me up through mail saying it's going to take 2-4 business days for the transaction to be completed and that the money is supposed to appear on my bank account last March 14. But I keep on checking my bank account for two days now only to be dismayed that there are no transferred funds from PayPal.

My PayPal withdrawal history says "completed". So technically my money left from my PayPal account but is not on my bank! 

What are the chances of delays or bank issues? I have learned that if it has something to do with the bank issues, PayPal would inform me through mail or will send the money back to my account. But neither of the two happened. 

It has been 8 days since I made the withdrawal. I emailed PayPal already but just received a programmed reply that doesn't really addressed my concern. I'm starting to get worried,

When you withdraw funds from PayPal to your account in the Philippines, it can take on average between 5 and 7 working days to complete processing to your account from PayPal.

If there are any delays in the funds showing, you should try contacting your bank directly and provide them with the information showing that you withdrew funds from your PayPal account and give them the dates and times. They can then try initiating a trace on their side to locate the funds.
