Completed Withdrawal not showing in Bank Account After 9 Days !

I am looking for help here as I am coming up to the August bank holiday with no money in my bank account 😞

I made a withdrawal from my PayPal account on Tuesday 13th August - 9 days ago.

The transaction COMPLETED immediately.  So there was no "pending" withdrawal or holding for review.

Ordinarily the money would hit my bank account almost instantly i.e. well within the 2 hours quoted.

But nine days later - NOTHING !

So the money has gone from my PayPal account and is not in my bank account.

WHAT DO I DO !!!!

I have contacted my bank who can find no sign of the funds and have instructed me to get PayPal to do a "forward trace" to prove that they have sent it.

PayPal, meanwhile, have told me the money has been sent and they won't do a forward trace until 14 days have elapsed.

Why not?

What am I missing here?

What on earth can I do to get my money?

What have people done in the past who have had this problem?

I am on this community board to try and get some help as I am tearing my hair out.   Please can somebody help me - fellow users or moderators.

I have made 5 withdrawals in last 3 days and all previous transactions have been in my bank account almost instantly.  Today, I have done another withdrawal and I have had the 3-5 working day message.   WHY isn't paypal answering all our issues about this......  I rely on some of this money to buy the stamps.  Ebay ask we send items out swiftly and if we have to wait 5 days for money, then post, all I can see is an increase in neg feedback... Unhappy

We are having the same situation we sold a chainsaw on ebay which I would figure the reason you charge shipping is because you need that cash to ship I did the instant bank confirmation putting my bank ID and password in it would go in we are now going on the 3rd day and funds still aren't there,  but we are suppose to ship something before we receive payment so they have the chance to possibly destroy it and say it was shipped that way.  Seriously how do you prove different.  It won't happen again

I'm done with Paypal they are saying it could take until the 15th for our funds but we are suppose to ship the item so the guy has atleast 10 days to do whatever he wants and decide he may not want it. Excuse my language but Paypal is total BS.

I've had the same probem this morning - all other payments in the past have been instant but this morning my withdrawal is showing as completed in the new interface and has yet to reach my bank account.

I transfered a large amount of money into my bank account at 10am in the morning but still not showing up in my account!!!! 

Its stressing me out as I need this money asap 😞

Hi, I just don't think you will get it for 3-5 days - they are saying they are using BACS which is like waiting for a cheque to clear,

Having the same problem here. Had a refund from someone. The money has been sent to my bank account automatically, but it isn't there. Was refunded on Friday morning, so hopefully it will be in there over the next few days 😕

Welcome to the Community Forum! Depending on the funding source used for your transaction, we will credit a refund either back to the card that was used, or to your PayPal balance.

If the refund states that it was sent back to the card, it should show back on the card balance within 5-7 working days, but this may be quicker, depending on your card issuer. If you have any further issues or concerns about this, please let us know.

Its been already a week since the last time my friend withdraw the money that i sent to her and until now it is still not showing up in her bak account! I badly needed the money tomorrow! Im stuck of where i am right now for 3days!!!! 4th day tomorrow. I expected the money last friday and its already tuesday everning. Im stuck, got no money, no food coz paypal transferred funds to my friend didnt received in her bank account. this is sooooooooooo incovenience. Paypal if it is 3-5working days pls compromise what has been said in the protocol coz in case of emergency your customer will get sick of your style. I need the money tomorrow by hook or by crook. Dont tell me "sorry you need to wait like this like that" this isnt my fault. You have to be sensitive coz you dont know what your customer been through thats why u need to do what has been said on the days of processing. Now what should i do???? I need to go home but i dont have money coz its still not received yet on my friends acct. You need to do something on this!!!!!!!
