From what I read recently, I can no longer add funds to my PayPal account. The message I received is: On January 1st, 2016, PayPal Instant Top Up service in Romania will no longer be provided by TrustPay (not on December 18th, 2015, as earlier communicated).
I need to make a transaction urgently, but I need to add money to the account. What can I do? Is there another way I can do this?
As long as you have a confirmed card linked to your paypal account you should be able to pay direct from there without uploading funds to your paypal account balance.

I'm afraid that there isn't another way to add money to your account. Payments would need to come directly from a card. There is a fee for making a personal payment using a debit or credit card but there should be no charge when you are buying with your card.
