How do I make a suggestion to Paypal?

I can't find any way on the Paypal website or here, except phone calls, which I don't wnat to do.

I have a simple to implement, helpful idea - do they have any way to suggest such things?

I now see I have to categorise this post and there is no relevant category for this at all! I;m not 'new to Paypal' etc. So I will have to choose something, but there should be a general enquiry category or a more comprehensive choice.

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Good ideas tho I don't think you can DM in Twitter if the person doesn't follow you. Maybe facebook is different, i don't use it much.

To be fair, @kernowlass, my facebook message got a promopt and apreciative reply. So now they should mention that channel in the help. There is currently no Paypal help topic at all for 'feedback' 'make suggestion' or similar.

Glad my suggestion worked, maybe you would consider marking one of my posts as a solution then or leaving kudos??

But as for your suggestion you would need to let customer services know as I have nothing to do with paypal, this is just a ''user to user'' advice forum and I am just an ''old'' ebay seller that has been voluntarily helping out on here for a few years   Smiley Happy
