Is Saturday counted as a working day?

Hi 

Does anyone know if Saturday is counted as a working day? 

I withdrew money on Wednesday and it still hasn't cleared into my bank account.

Generally, they will complete within 2 hours however we will occasionally hold a withdrawal for further review. To provide one of the safest online payment services our internal security system reviews every transaction before it's released. If you initiated the withdrawal on Wednesday, it is likely to be completed by Monday (Saturday is not counted as working day). Hope this helps. - Carlos
