Just a fax number?

Hi David,

I am about to transfer funds for the first time from pay-pal to my bank account; I have printed off the bar-coded cover sheet along with driving ID photo card and copy bank statement. The fax number stated goes through to an answer machine. I have checked the 'virtual' Louise and she doesn't have a valid number either for what I'm trying to do.  Surely this is the first basic requirement? There are numbers given for everything else, disputes etc. which I hope I will never need. Wish I ran a business like this!

The fax number that should be used is 08707 303 190.

Please let us know the fax number you are tryin to fax your documents to.

We are having the same problem; tried 08707 307 190 and 08707 303 190 and both are coming back as 'No Answer'.

Can't we just scan these documents and upload them instead?

Hey there richandlou,

The upload option, if available, would be found in your resolutions centre. It will usually only show if you have a limitation on your account.

If you are unable to see it and still unable to fax your document, I would advise contacting PayPal customer service directly.

They will be able to provide you with an alternative way for providing your documents.
