My Balance is all of a sudden 0.00?

I had money on the account and even my recent activity shows money coming in but it says 0 and I am unable to withdraw or do anything really. Whats happening?

Have you bought anything and paid for it via paypal since the payments should have gone in??


The reason i ask is that if you have funds in your paypal balance and then buy something then paypal will always take from those funds (as that is now the default funding source), rather than from your normal funding source eg bank account or card.


To check go and click on the word "details" next to any recent paypal buying transaction and see if they were funded from your paypal balance ie buyers payments rather than your normal funding source.

I have always just bought things using my paypal balance, I had some money and even my most recent activity is +60 USD I had way more than this in balance. I dont really use it for anything complex really. I just buy things on ebay etc with paypal and have some money coming in occasionally.  I'll show you a screenshot so you can see what I mean.

If you go to Settings > My Money > Paypal Balance, it will show your true balance there. I'm having the same problem where it does not show my money on the home page and just displays it as £0.00.

Money I've had come into my PayPal has also gone in as dollars.

Ok I can see my balance eventually by going to my currencies then "back to my profile" But I can't withdraw anything or do anything really. I hope this is just an error on paypals part that will be fixed 😕
