New seller, elderly lady, says I haven't paid, becuase I didn't pay within the 7 days the item was in the auction! Of course regular Ebayers will know how ridicolous that is, as payment isn't possible until auction is over.
I usually pay straight away, but because she hadn't answered 2 emails about postage, I was a bit concerned whether she existed or not. Anyway, I paid the next day, but it was unclaimed after a week, despite many phone calls, emails, etc, emails unaswered except for one. It's been difficult dealing with her, espeically as she's blaming me. She really has no idea about how to be an Ebay seller. Has anyone got advice on this? She wants me to send a cheque and wait until it's cleared before picking the item up. I also want to be fair, but am inclined to post negative feedback...
