Paypal withdrawal in Namibia

Hi,

I live in Namibia. Is it possible to withdraw funds from my Paypal account? if so, which local banks can i use to do this?

You can only send and not receive or withdraw funds in your country via paypal.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

So does this mean like we can never withdraw any money like ever, or is that just a now situation, that is being sorted?
