Resolve Your Negative Balance

Hello,

I have an issue with resolving my negative balance on my PayPal account. 

When I try to add the funds via my debit card, I get the message that the amount I'm trying to add exceeds the minimum - maximum limit. 

I would appreciate if I anyone could help me out with this problem.

You can't add or withdraw funds from a card in the U.K.

Only via a linked bank account.
