STILL no funds in my bank.

Went to transfer funds from PayPal to my bank on the 13th of February and noticed my bank account wasn't listed as an option, which is odd since my PayPal history shows I transferred funds to my bank account summer 2016 and have not removed the account. I re-added the bank account as well as an updated card (previous was expired), and received a message saying I would receive two small deposits in the account Etc. Received a message saying there was a security hold on the transfer to the bank card. Well February 14th, 24 hours later, I receive a message stating the transfer to the card failed and was refunded so I transferred funds to the bank account that was not listed, even though I had yet to receive the two small deposits and got another " security hold, transfer under review " message, along with a msg stating "est arrival in 1 business day" 24hrs after that i recieved an email stating there was a problem with the bank and the bank did not recognize the account, however the bank account is now listed as confirmed in my PayPal app and the transfer is listed as "completed". The funds have been gone from PayPal since 930pm 2-15(Friday evening), and I have YET (as of 11:20am Monday 2-19) to receive funds in bank acct nor have I received any msg/email stating the transfer was denied/failed/refunded. Where is my money? An attorney has advised me that if I do no receive the funds by 5pm TODAY to file a $5,000 lawsuit in small claims court citing deceptive practices and fraud, as I was advised the funds were to be "instantly" transfered, along with an estimated 1 business day. As of now that bank account is in danger of being overdrawn and closed. *side note, a transfer from VenMo was initiated on 2-15 (Friday)at 9:30pm & was available at the bank Saturday morning 7am. I fail to see why PayPal would take longer, as VenMo is owned by PayPal.

Not sure a small claims court action would work in the UK if you are a US seller.

Why not try the U.S forum?

Thought this was the US forum. Just got off the phone with PayPal. Says there's nothing she/they will do until at least Thursday. That the funds have already left PayPal and are in the automated clearing house and are dispatched in batches. Ridiculous. Ill never use PayPal again and will be sure to share my experience with all my friends, family, and 200+ clients. When people PAY with PayPal they expect you to deliver the product or service immediately since they are out the $$$ immediately, so I am OUT product or service and cannot get a refund on the TIME spent on service and/or am OUT inventory until PayPal covers their IOU. PayPal gets the money, however gives ME nothing but an IOU with a LOOSE estimate on when they'll actually PAY me. All the while the money is on their books as an asset to be borrowed against and invested in the overnight Repo market. It's like me paying the gas station with an IOU, driving a taxi around and earning money with that gas before the gas station ever received payment for it. Complete lack of transparency on their part, and we are unable to verify if what the CSRs tell us over the phone.
