Hi there Mematiii,
When you withdraw funds to your bank account using the fast withdrawal option, the funds should appear in your bank account within 2 working days or so. If the funds have not appeared after 2 working days has passed, the £5.00 GBP fee should be automatically refunded back to your PayPal account.
If this doesn't happen, you should try contacting customer services and we can get a request put through for the payment to be refunded back to your account for you.
