Hi, I want to add funds from my bank account quickly and it says I have to be very careful about adding the correct 'customer reference/ID' so that Paypal know which account the funds are going to. How do I find this reference? Thanks Very confused 😞
click on add funds on your my account page then click continue on the left hand side section that says you move funds from your bank account. the customer ref number can be found in there
i'm still not able to find customer ref...have followed yr instruction but i cannot see my customer ref on the page thats headed 'add a bank account' pls advise asap as i need to add funds from my bank account to paypal to make a purchase ( have tryed the option where paypal request the funds but this doesn't work either??
U can't view it on paypal app. Has to be via internet. Paypal site. My money. Add. 2 options will come up. Click the left hand side. It will give u details to put in it paypal account. Name,sort code,account number,ref Id which is a must . Once entered in ur bank. The ref id will be saved. Hope this helps . Xxx
