I have a problem when I add bank account I input the card number instead of account number. And now I withdraw an amount of money and the status is already complete but when I inquire to my bank atm it shows no money was transfered. Its too late when I noticed I input wrong number. What will happen to my money? What should I do right now? Can I get back my money?

As long as that account number does not belong to another persons bank account then it should bounce back to your paypal account if the transfer fails.
Advice is voluntary.
