bank and debit cards disappeared from profile

My debit card and bank account details have gone from my account, and I have to reset them up and go through the whole process again, including lifting limits etc. I have this account since 2005 why has this happened. they were last used on 30th november 2011 and I have not been notified this would happen

I even now have to fax my bank account details to an anyonymous place to show the 2 payments, rather than being able to enter them securely online, which is surely a breach and open to all kinds of problems

can someone please explain why this has happened

Hi there,

I've seen this before when a card is automatically removed by our system as it has just expired. When you add a card/bank account you are asked for an expiry date, our system will remove your card/bank if this date passes.

Can I ask where you are being asked to send the details?

I wasn't notified my card was about to expire and it actually didn't so obviously a problem with your system

when I try to add a bank account it doesn't go through I just get this message appear after I click add but the account isn't added

as a result I was unable to withdraw a large sum of money i'd been paid and ended up sending to friends paypal account to get at so they could then withdraw and send me a bank transfer, which is ridiculous and means I won't use this paypal to accept payments any more unless it is sorted

it seems I'm not the only one having this problem from looking at your boards dating back to November, which is when my missing account also occurred
