A friend sent me a small cash payment 2 weeks ago but i haven't recieved the cash in paypal account or bank account,I cannot talk over phone to ask paypal and everything seems to be ebay related, i have asked my friend and he did deposit the cash into the correct paypal account
Double check the email address your friends used, he may have used the right one but made a typo.
Also ask if its sent / completed in HIS account OR if its unclaimed and if so is there a cancel option?
Lastly are you sure you have not spent it? Only if you have funds in your paypal balance then paypal may well use it for any transactions made following the money going in, so you should click on any recent transactions and see if any of them were funded from your balance rather than your normal funding source.

Checked the email address used, no typo errors etc.. and it is correct , the money has left his account and I have not spent the money, even checked the bank accounts related to paypal, I have also checked all ebay related transactions,,
Paypal is so hard to get an answer from, I cannot talk too well over the phone especially when option 1 then option 2 etc.... is involved, will paypal call me if required,,
