how i know my customer reference id ?

can someone help me i dont know where to find customer reference id i searched every where is the reference  id and merchant id are the same ?

Not sure what you mean, normally your paypal email address identifies your paypal account and is used by folks to pay you?

i use some trade site and it recommends my reference id for my paypal to convert money to my account

To find it go to >

click on add funds on your my account page then click continue on the left hand side section that says you move funds from your bank account.

Scroll to the bottom of that page and the id is there.

i tried that i got "sot code" and "account number" nothing at the bottom

Do you have your actual bank account added to paypal that set up the direct debit mandate??

Or have you just got your debit card added??

all i want to know theres some codes playin the same part of reference id but it has another name its depends on country so i want to know whats the reference id also known as

If you don't have a bank account then normally you cannot add or withdraw funds to your paypal account as you need to have set up the direct debit mandate to do so....that is done when you add your bank account details.
