It's not possible to transfer money from a Payoneer account to a PayPal account. You can only transfer money from your PayPal account to your local bank account.

Isn't it possible to use Prpeaid Payonneer Mastercard to put money in my paypal account? In the end it's a prepaid master card.

you can easily do this just link ur payoneer master card with your PayPal u receive 2 small deposit for verification, verify ur card thats all now u can use ur PayPal without Balance ( u can Pay money with ur Payoneer)
