"The bank account you want to add is already in your account"

Hello,

 

I've got one problem. I would like to add funds via PayPal, but i don't know what to do. I've choosed PayPal method, I've logged in on my PayPal account and there i must choose a payment method ("Add a payment method"): banking or credit card. I've choosed banking because i've got my bank account binded to paypal account. And here comes the problem: when I've choosed banking, I've add IBAN number and birth date and then comes: "This account is already binded to your paypal account". So what should i do know? I didn't see another options e.g.: "choose one of existing accounts". I want to you existing bank account binded to my PayPal account but i can't. Why? I can only use "Banking / Credit Card" options, but it works only for new payment methonds.

 

How can i pay via PayPal with existing bank account on it? There's no option for it.

Hi there, 

 

I am writing only to say that I had exactly the same issue. I wanted to order a tickets to a children park through their website. I chose pay by paypal as the payment method and was redirected to another window to login onto my paypal account etc. I just did it and then I had the same what you wrote about. I couldnt choose one of my already axisting bank accounts but only must have add another bank which I do not have. So I thought I must give an info of one of my axisting acounts. After I typed all info i received the same message like you did. Still don"t know what that means and no idea what went wrong. I repeated this operatio n few times on 3 different oparating systems (windows, mac os, linux) thinking that It might be a webbrowser problems but each time I a had the same results.

 

Maybe somebody can help us.

Hi Borhan0089,

 

Welcome to our Community!

 

That particular message usually means that your bank is already registered to another PayPal account. Your bank can only be associated with one account at a time, you see.

 

Have you ever used PayPal in the past with a different email address?

 

To resolve this type of thing, it's usually best to give us a quick call by clicking the 'contact' tab at the bottom of your account though. That way, our specialists can take your full bank details off you over the phone, locate the bank and help you move it to your new account.

 

Would you consider giving this a try?

Hello Sorry but Paypal agents are not giving any appropriate solution to this problem!! I have the same issue and; I dont use any other paypal account or any other email or any other bank account and no one is using my paypal except me!!! Give me a clear solution please !!!

Same problem here, thats my first paypal account and bank isconnected to this one. No idea what is going on and why wouldnt be there any other option like SKIP THIS or something if i have added bank already? Like come on guys...
