why does my withdrawal keep getting cancelled?

Every time I try to withdrawal my money from paypal to my card it stays pending for 3 days and then gets canceled. Paypal says that it's a problem with their system and they're working on it, but it has been weeks now. When will it be fixed and when will I get my money out?

Not sure i understand,  you can't withdraw to a card in the UK, only to a linked bank account setting up the direct debit mandate.

Sorry. My account is actually in Albania and you can only add a credit card or US bank account. My account has a visa card attached to it. 

I fill out the form to withdrawal money to the card, it says it will take 3-5 days. 3 days later the transaction is canceled and the funds are put back into my paypal account.

Hi! I was having the same problem, only 5 months later than you, I'm hoping this doesn't have anything to do with paypal system issues, but were you able to get a resolution to this particular problem? I understand this is a UK community, but I can't find a community for the Philippines and this is where I'm being lead to whenever I click on message/ask the community. 

Can anybody help? My withdrawals been cancelled twice and there's no enough explanation to tell me what was wrong or what had happened. Will really appreciate your answers. Just desperately want to get my money out of Paypal.
