yet again paypal can not do what they say they are going to wqont let you take your own money out,just think of the interest they make by keeping hold of your money longer than they need to

Seems to be a general glitch, your the third person saying they can't withdraw from their balance today.

I am having the same problem.  I withdrew my paypal balance to my bank account on 12 February and it is still showing as pending.  Ridiculous.  It normally takes less than an hour and yet this time it's nearly two whole days and now my bank account has gone overdrawn as a result.  What the **bleep**?!

Think your problem is different, others have posted to say they can't withdraw to their bank account from there balance as the page isn't loading.

Whereas your is the normal withdrawal time of up to 72 hours.
