I'm looking to setup a business account that will have money paid into it (I will pay fees for this, I know). I am then going to use the money in this business paypal account to transfer set amounts to people's personal paypal accounts. Will I get charged for this?
So, lets say I have £100 in my business paypal account and I transfer £50 to a 3rd party's personal paypal account will there be a charge for that or will they get the full £50 and I'll be left with £50 in my account?
Thanks

Suggest looking at PayPal's Mass Pay feature.

Thanks for that. Looking at that there is a fee to use that but it doesn't tell you what the fee is, it seems you need to use it and then look at what fee was applied! This is what it says:
"PayPal charges the sender a percentage of each payment with the fee capped at a set amount in your primary currency. Mass payment recipients pay no fee regardless of the type of PayPal account they have.
To see the fees charged for a specific Mass Payments transaction, look in its Transaction Details page."
Any idea on what the percentage is for UK £?

I've looked pretty long and hard and I am struggling to see clear information on this. It is clear that it is free for personal accounts to personal accounts but I've not seen anything giving details of business to personal.

Hi there davey_b,
If you are sending a personal/gift payment from one balance to another then there is no fee charged.
If you are sending a payment for goods/services from your PayPal balance to another PayPal account you are not charged a fee however the recipient will pay the fee to receive a commercial payment.
Our fees are the same for all accounts. We charge fees when:
- You receive money from a purchase
- You receive payments from outside your country or region
- You send personal payments using a credit card. The sender determines who pays the fee
Transaction fees can range from 1.4% to 3.4% + 20p. If you receive a payment from outside the UK, an additional cross-border fee may apply.
Hope this clears things up for you?
