CREDIT CARD BLOCKED!! PLEASE HELP.

Hi Sir, I'm having a problem with adding my card again in paypal. Earlier, I have added a credit card here but I;ve noticed I placed the wrong expiration date in the form and CANNOT edit it again  so I removed it. So, when I tried to add the card again with the correct informations, it says that

 

"This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card. You may also contact us using this form."


😞 Please Reply and help me regarding this. I'm totally new to this. PLease fix this as I don't have any other credit cards to use except this one Smiley Indifferent THANKS IN ADVANCE. Your help and reply mean the world to me .Thanks.!!


 

 

PLEASE REPLY. i don't wanna get another card just because paypal blocked my account 😞 

I ALSO TRIED SENDING AN EMAIL TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PAYPAL BUT WHEN I'M SENDING THE MESSAGE IT SAYS THAT  "Please enter valid last 4 digits" , though i TYPED it CORRECTLY 😞 THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING > PLEASE HELP..

Hi there Annewes13,

 

I realise that the position that you are currently in must be very frustrating. The only thing is that I can't see your account so there is nothing that I can do to try and reset the card on your behalf. 

 

Sometimes when a card has been removed, it disables the card for entry into the PayPal system. The only way that you would be able to register the card again on your PayPal account would be by contacting customer services directly. We can then investigate it further on your behalf and then try to reset the card for you.

I'm from Philippines and I really don't know how to call them. I tried sending emails , but they don't seem to reply to any of my messages. I'm still waiting. HOPE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD HELP ME REGARDING THIS. This is really frustrating. Thanks David. BY THE WAY, when I tried sending a message  to the customr service, I have this options Topic> Bank Account \/ Credi Card > Credit Card/ Debit Card/Add /remove/ Edit >. Then I know I always put the right last 4 digits of my card but, it says that it is wrong. Why is that?

 

Anyway, I tried sending it to My Account>Changing Updating Account information.  So, I already sent the message. Is it okay and will the customer service will still receive it?

Hello i am from Bulgaria and i dont have enough money to call the customer service i ask to reset my card to verify it beacause i didnt understand and inserted a wrong passcode few times thank you for understanding! Best wishes!

Hi. my credit card has been blocked and later released and re-enable. i received this email " your credit card ending in XXXX is  no longer disable. Please Re-add this card to your paypal account" and then i try to add it again is says "We're sorry, but that credit card can't be linked to additional PayPal accounts. Please link a different credit card" and i have just one paypal account and one credit card to use on it. When i try to contact help support says in part to but the last four credit card number "Please enter valid last 4 digits" and the one i puted is correct... i am so frustrated with Paypal.

I tried to register on paypal.com
after filling the data I had to enter the 4 digit code, but the bank employee said me wrong code.
I tried write this code and my limits were finished.
I later found out the correct code.
but my card has already been blocked.
I already sent you my pasport scan and also my card scan.
I hope you will open my card soon and i could verified my card.

please help me.

Hey everyone,

 

If you were trying to complete the verification process on a card linked to your PayPal account and you entered the wrong 4 digit code three times, it will disable the card from your PayPal account. 

 

You would need to try contacting customer services so that we can reset the card on your account for you. To do this, you have two options. When you click the Contact Us icon and then the Call Us or Email Us options.

 

I hope this helps with you both getting your cards reset.

And I already tried contact you

I have sent you a message
and scan my card and documents

I did it two weeks ago. 

could you reset my card for I can complete my verification.
