Calling Paypal UK from abroad

Hi, how can I call Paypal from abroad to resolve an issue regarding credit card registration? The 0845 number does not work from a foreign mobile. Thanks.

Well, my current question is what is Paypal's landline UK telephone number so I can call from abroad. Then I will ask them how why I can't enter a valid 16-digit credit card number when I try to add the card to my account. I've checked with my bank and the card is fine, but when I enter it I get a message on the screen saying the number is incorrect or incomplete.

Contact us bottom of paypal pages > use the call us option on the left > tel number listed.

Sorry, I mustn't have made it clear - I'm only seeing an 0845 number listed which doesn't work from abroad. This is why I'm searching for a UK landline number which will work.

Just went and checked and there are x2 options. Not sure which would be cheaper.
