I emailed PayPal because I'm looking to complain.. How long do they take to email you back and do they repsond on here or to your actual email? Thanks!
PayPal will contact you on the primary email address registered on your PayPal account.
Depending on the department you sent the email to will depend on the response time. But in general they try to get a response within 24-72 hours. The emails are worked in a queue and if there is a sudden influx in emails the timeframes can become extended. The same goes for reduced numbers of emails received, this can lower the response time.
