Failed payment, receipt received

I recently tried buying some games on Steam using PayPal as I normally do. They apparently failed and I did not receieve the games, fine no problem. But I receieved 3 emails gibing me receipts for the purchases. Also nothing is appearing in my transaction history, despite me also having successful transactions 4 days ago (but that's a separate issue)...so I have no idea if I've been charged?

Hi there Buckethead,
If you have been charged more then once for a payment that you attempted to send from your account on the 28th of January, you should have received a refund on all of the duplicated payments on the 29th of January. I apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused. There were some issues on Monday that resulted in some customers having duplicate payments on their accounts.
Can you please try checking your previous history on your account in order to determine if you have been refunded for the duplicated payments.
If you are still facing issues, please let us know and we can try investigating this further on your behalf.
