HELP DEBIT CARD

i am new to PayPal and am trying to set up my bank card so I can start buying on eBay, I have a Halifax visa debit card. I've filled everything in correctly and yet it is still not allowing me to add my card. this is the only debit card I have. please please help! 😞

Hi chloe_louise95, 

When you are adding a debit or credit card to your PayPal account the details you are entering must match the details registered on your card. For example, the address you enter on PayPal must match the address listed on your debit card statement. If you have changed any details on your debit card be sure to enter these new details on your PayPal account. 

If you are still unable to add your debit card I would recommend that you contact the online authorisation department at your issue bank for clarification on the decline.
