I've been trying to deposit some money into my William hill account using Paypal. But everytime I try to do it I get this message 'Payments to this merchant are not available from the country where your bank or credit card on your PayPal account is registered.' I can't understand why It won't let me, seeing as I'm from the Uk (England) and William Hill is an UK organisation. I contacted them but they couldn't see why and said that I should contact and ask on Paypal. So thought I'd see if anyone else has had this problem before.
It sounds like your card type cannot be determined. I would advise that you remove your card from your PayPal account, re-add it through the profile tab and attempt to complete this payment again.
If you are still having problems I would advise that you call us by clicking on the contact us link at the bottom of any PayPal page.
