I didn't received two small deposits from PayPal. Unable to confirm my Bank Account with Paypal.

Would like to inform You that till date I am unable to confirm my Bank Account with Paypal.On 30/10/2011, I linked up my bank account with Paypal.On 31.10.2011 an Amount of Re.1.00 been debited from my Bank Account by Paypal @ 16:48:04/SWT but till date (08.11.11) I didn't received two small deposits from PayPal.

This is the only reason I am unable to confirm my Bank Account with Paypal.I have checked my Bank Account.My Bank Account shows no listed deposits (two small deposits) from Paypal.

Please,do the needful from Your end as soon as possible.

Hi there Krishnendu1980,

It sounds to me that you haven't successfully requested the information to be sent to your bank account yet.

If you try going to the profile again on your PayPal account and then click the Update option beside your bank account. You can then click the Confirm icon. From here, you should see the step 1, step 2 and step 3 options. Under this, you will see a seperate link that says Set up Direct Debit.

You will need to click this link and then supply additional information through your account before the two deposits would be sent to your bank account. Once you have submitted this form, you would then receive the two random deposits to your bank within 2 to 3 working days.

hi, i have been using paypal to transfer and receive funds for about a year. I was successfully able to make the payments but until recently i was selling a few items on ebay and i received an alert that told me i could not sell this item until i confirmed my paypal account? So i went into it and it told me the 2 deposits would take 2-3 working days. It now says deposits sent 3rd july 2012 so why are they still not in my bank statement? But i am still able to transfer and receive money ? I just cant sell anymore on ebay. Its strange. Please help !

Hi again Krishnendu1980,

If you still have not received the two random deposits that have been resent by customer services in PayPal, it could be the case that you may have registered the wrong bank information when you were adding the details to your PayPal account.

If the deposits have still not appeared, you should consider removing your bank account information so that you can try to register the correct details to your PayPal account again. Once you have done this, you will then be able to request the deposits are sent to your bank once more.

I have the simillar case to them so as what I've understood, to get new deposits, I must input the correct bank and details to it. I did it already, with my new bank account and updated but it didn't send me new two deposits in the new bank. Even after removing  the old one. Please help me, what should I do?

I HAVE GIVEN MY BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS TO PAYPAL AND THEY SAID "Please confirm that you own this bank account. We're sending 2 small deposits to your bank account. In a couple days, you can enter them below."
